Just sign up and start creating your content. You can use our built in tools and/or upload your audio, pictures, or videos. Your uploaded content will show up as pending while we check to make sure it’s ok. Our review team will work as quickly as possible to make sure your content is ready to sell, typically in less than a day.

* How can people know where to buy my cool stuff?

There are two ways people will find your products:

1. They can go directly to your Playscreen page and see what’s available.

You can email this link to anyone you think might be interested in what you have created.

2. They can send a text messge to 74415 with your user name.

Their phone will get sent a catalog of your content. This is the perfect way to get your fans to download your content at concerts and other public events.

Of course the best content and new content is always featured on the main Playscreen web page. Buying Playscreen content is as easy. We bill customer’s phones so they don’t even need a credit card to buy your cool creations.

* Is my phone compatible to download Ringtones, Games and Wallpaper?

Different phone models have different download capabilities. To make sure that your phone is supported, please review your phones manual. If you are still unsure you can test your phone by requesting a test ringtone or wallpaper. In order to download the ringtones and graphics, you need an Internet capable phone and an Internet connection included in your subscription plan (T-Zones, M-mode, MediaNet, etc.)

* I have a prepaid plan. Can I still buy mobile content?

Certain phone networks may restrict prepaid account holders from using premium messaging service. Please check with your local cellphone service to check if you can use this method.

* Where can I view your Term & Conditions?

* How do I cancel or opt-out of my membership in Playscreen?

On your membership page, go to Edit My Account, the “cancel my account” button will allow you to opt-out of being a member of Playscreen.
As per your user agreement, Playscreen reserves the right to continue to offer the ringtones, wallpapers, videos, and other content items you have submitted for publication. Your pay-pal account will be credited as always for these sales.

* How do I cancel a subscription to Playscreen's channels of content?

On your phone send STOP to 74415. You can also manage your subscriptions on the Playscreen website.

* How do I become a member of Playscreen?

On the website, click on the NEW MEMBER SIGN UP button and follow the instructions provided.

* How do I subscriber to receive the Kewl Text and other channel content?

Just select the GET IT button next to the content you are interested in.

* Are there any extra costs when I purchase Ringtones, Wallpapers, and Videos on Playscreen?

Participating Carriers for ringtones, wallpapers, and videos are currently AT&T, and T-Mobile. Kewl Text is available on almost every USA based carrier.

Playscreen uses Paypal to pay you your portion of content sales, when your credit exceeds $10. Please make sure to use your PayPal email when you register on Playscreen.
